Why
it works…
Essential to the concept of a “comprehensive”
building company is both our process and highly
trained staff. Every step of building your home
is carefully planned and discussed prior to the
construction process. This gives you the opportunity
to not only better understand how your home will
proceed but also to provide us with valuable input
about what you truly want and expect from your completed
home. We are dedicated to building your home with
both the finest attention to detail and workmanship
along with a commitment to great service and exceptional
value for money. |
|
Early
Design Selection:
Initial floorplan selections and review. Site analysis
for suitability and fit of potential floorplans to selected
site. Discussions of design parameters, timeframe and
budget for realistic expectations. Initial meetings with
interior designers to establish baseline finish preferences
and details for budgeting. |
Design
Process:
Detailed meetings and review of selected floorplan with
all key staff members. Complete topographical and tree
survey for initial home placement and landscape planning.
Detailed discussions about construction standards, finishes,
mechanical and electrical systems. Revision of floorplan
as needed to best match final site and preferences. Submission
of initial plan for ARB conformity and review. Full review
of detailed costs, budget line items and options. Interior
design fit and finish selections and suggestions. |
Final
Design Package and Contract Review:
Complete review of final plans and budget with subcontractor
quotes and specifications. Final design package with interior
finish selections and samples along with renderings and
schematics. Submission of floorplan and landscape plan
to ARB for approval. Final clarification of all contract
details and construction schedule. Approval of final estimated
budget.
|
During
Construction:
Our
planning and involvement doesn’t end as construction
starts it only increases. Your dedicated on-site
superintendent will oversee all the aspects of your
new home; from arranging sub-contractor schedules,
updating financial summaries, resolving weather
and scheduling issues and all the many other details.
We encourage our clients to visit their home while
under construction and ask questions, clarify details
and keep providing us with valuable feedback. |
|
|
As
your home nears completion, design considerations continue
but begin to really focus on interior spaces and fine
details. Our staff interior designers will work closely
with you to select and coordinate the final finishes and
products to bring out the very best in your new home.
|
Construction
Completed:
For
most building companies this would be the end of the story,
we hope it is only the beginning of our relationship with
you and your home. As your new home is completed we will
join you for a detailed walk-through explaining all the
features and maintenance requirements of your new home.
A final “punch list” is prepared for any last
details that need attention and we will complete it promptly.
Your home includes not only a full warranty but also our
word that it will exceed your expectations for years to
come.
Unlike many of the large-scale builders today, we take
pride in the fact that we live and work in the same communities
as many of our clients. We look forward to seeing you
in the neighborhood, we hope you’ll stop by our
upcoming open houses and events to say hello and give
us an update. In the years to come we hope you’ll
call us when you’re ready for additions or renovations
to your home or refer us to your friends and family who
are looking for a new home. Our door is always open. |
