During Construction

Our planning and involvement doesn't end as construction starts it only increases. Your dedicated on-site superintendent will oversee all the aspects of your new home; from arranging sub-contractor schedules, updating financial summaries, resolving weather and scheduling issues and all the many other details. We encourage our clients to visit their home while under construction and ask questions, clarify details and keep providing us with valuable feedback.

As your home nears completion, design considerations continue but begin to really focus on interior spaces and fine details. Our staff interior designers will work closely with you to select and coordinate the final finishes and products to bring out the very best in your new home.

Construction Completed

For most building companies this would be the end of the story, we hope it is only the beginning of our relationship with you and your home. As your new home is completed we will join you for a detailed walk-through explaining all the features and maintenance requirements of your new home. A final "punch list" is prepared for any last details that need attention and we will complete it promptly. Your home includes not only a full warranty but also our word that it will exceed your expectations for years to come.

Unlike many of the large-scale builders today, we take pride in the fact that we live and work in the same communities as many of our clients. We look forward to seeing you in the neighborhood, we hope you'll stop by our upcoming open houses and events to say hello and give us an update. In the years to come we hope you'll call us when you're ready for additions or renovations to your home or refer us to your friends and family who are looking for a new home. Our door is always open.
